Search of Weakley Co. home leads to $14K in meth, 5 arrests

WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn. — The search of a Weakley County residence on Monday led to the arrests of five people, the recovery of a stolen ATV and about $14,000 worth of crystal meth.

Weakley County bust collageDeputies executed a search warrant at a home in the 1200 block of Webb Road just north of Palmersville and recovered an ATV reported stolen from Obion County, according to the Weakley County Sheriff’s Department.

During the search, deputies observed items at the home that led them to get a second search warrant.

Officers then recovered five ounces of crystal meth valued at around $14,000. They also found about 11 grams of marijuana along with drug paraphernalia.

Since no one at the home claimed the stolen ATV or any of the drugs, deputies arrested all five people who were there. The following were arrested and charged with theft over $1,000 and drug possession:

Leanna Renee Autry, 34, of Troy

Misty Dawn Haynes, 28, of Troy

Jerry Wayne Pate, 35, of Sharon

Willie Clyde Pate Jr., 40, of Union City

Hubert Edward Pugh, 52, Finley
