Martin police nab man wanted on Memphis assault charge

MARTIN, Tenn. — Police arrested a man Wednesday on an assault charge out of Memphis as he returned to the city of Martin.

Justin Rhea, 35, of Martin was wanted on an aggravated assault charge in Memphis, according to a release from the Martin Police Department.

Police received a tip that Rhea would be in the city along with a vehicle description.

An officer located the vehicle just before 5:30 p.m. traveling on North Lindell Street, according to the release.

Police took Rhea into custody without incident.
