One person dead after Camden wreck
CAMDEN, Tenn. — An overnight accident in Camden leaves a person dead, according to Benton County deputies.
Deputies said it happened on Eva Road and was a single vehicle accident. Officials said the driver went up an embankment and hit a tree.
The driver of the vehicle was sent to a local hospital, however the passenger was airlifted to Vanderbilt and later died.
Deputies said the driver of the vehicle could be facing charges, but the incident is still being investigated.
