Sentencing stalled for man convicted in deadly Huntingdon shooting
HUNTINGDON, Tenn. — A convicted killer’s sentencing stalls in court as attorneys talk possible developments in the case.
Although Larry Golden appeared Tuesday before Circuit Court Judge Donald Parish, he was not sentenced. Attorneys cited possible resolutions in the case involving his co-defendants.
In January, Golden was convicted of second-degree murder and reckless endangerment in the shooting death of 26-year-old Dewayne Brown, who was killed just before midnight in February 2014.
His is tentatively scheduled to appear again for sentencing on March 24.
