Apply for Tennessee Burn Permits

The Tennessee Department of Agriculture’s Division of Forestry wants to remind Tennesseans if they plan to burn outdoors, a burn permit is required.

The free burn permits are required by law until May 15-th.

The permits can be obtained online at this link: http://www.burnsafetn.org or by calling the local Division of Forestry office between 8-AM and 4:30-PM Monday through Friday.
