Dyer police arrest man on child rape charges

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — Police in Dyer have charged a man with two counts of rape of a child.

Officers arrested Shane O. Todd on Friday on two counts of rape of a child and two counts of solicitation of a minor to commit rape of a child, according to the Dyer Police Department.

Police say there are two alleged victims and that the complaints came in from a family member of the victims.
