Man assaulted, robbed outside west Jackson shopping complex
JACKSON, Tenn.-Jackson police search for two suspects in an assault and robbery of a person outside a west Jackson shopping complex.
Officers were called to the area near Forked Vine Wine and Spirits on Old Hickory Boulevard just before 7, Thursday night.
Investigators told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News a man was assaulted and his wallet with his I.D. was taken. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Police have only vague descriptions of the suspects, saying they were black men in a white vehicle and were last seen heading west on Old Hickory toward the Highway 45 By-pass.
