Crockett Co. Middle School evacuated after bomb scare
CROCKETT COUNTY, Tenn. — Crockett County Middle School was evacuated Monday morning after a student reportedly told another student he had a bomb.
According to Superintendent Bobby Mullins and Sheriff Troy Klyce, the school was evacuated after a sixth grader told other students he had a bomb.
The high school, also on campus, was put on lockdown.
Deputies, police and the fire department searched the school.
There is not yet word on whether the student will be charged.
