Jackson police trying to locate missing man

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police are trying to locate a man they say has been reported as missing since February.

Tracy “Chuck” Echoles

The department is actively trying to locate Tracy “Chuck” Echoles. They do not believe foul play is involved.

Family members describe Echoles as a black male standing around five feet 11 inches tall and weighing 135 pounds.
