Brownsville Police search for burglary suspects
BROWNSVILLE, Tenn.-Brownsville police are searching for three suspects who they say got away with hundreds of dollars from a dollar store.
Around 2 a.m. Monday, police responded to a burglary at the Ruler Foods store. Although the suspects were not able to break into the safe,
police said they did use power tools to cut through the sheet rock of the grocery store, which led to the women’s bathroom of the Dollar Tree next door. Investigators said the thieves got away with $700 in cash from the office.
“I think it was a well thought plan. They were well organized, I think they were well equipped and pretty much knew what they were going to do and what they were going at,” said Assistant Cheif Kelvin Evans of the Brownsville Police Dept.
If you have any information about this break in you can call the Brownsville Police Dept. at (731) 772- 2274
There is a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
