U.S. Marshals capture Washington state fugitive in Hardeman Co.

HARDEMAN COUNTY, Tenn. — U.S. Marshals arrested a man in Toone who is wanted on child molestation charges in Washington state.

Michael Orquia, 44, of Olympia, Washington, was captured Tuesday night without incident after a tip led Marshals to a Toone residence, according to a release.

Orquia is wanted by the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office in Washington on four counts of child molestation, the release states.

Investigators believe Orquia left Washington with a acquaintance and eventually ended up in Toone.
