JPD: Driver loses control, car runs into vacant house
JACKSON, Tenn.-There were some scary moments in east Jackson, Wednesday night after a driver runs into a house on Fairmont Avenue in east Jackson.
Police told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News just after 9 p.m., a 19-year-old driver was headed east on Fairmont when she lost control and hit a guy wire to a utility pole, then ran into a house, which officers said was vacant.
The driver’s injuries are believed to be minor. It is unclear what caused the driver to lose control.
