4-car pile up causes Friday afternoon traffic snarl in north Jackson
JACKSON, Tenn.-A traffic nightmare in north Jackson late Friday afternoon just under the Interstate 40 bridge along North Highland Avenue.
Jackson police said four cars were involved in a pile-up, with one car, sliding into the rest of the vehicles waiting at the light in the southbound lane. No one was seriously hurt or taken to the hospital.
Due to the congestion the I-40 off-ramp was closed for a short time.
