South Side Looks To Rebuild

JACKSON, Tenn — After graduating most of it’s playmakers from last year, the Hawks football team is looking to rebuild in that area this spring.

Coach Brian Moore says his team has all the lineman it needs, just needs to develop some athletes during spring practices to move the ball.

“Like I said, develop. Our big problem is going to be experience, last year we had a decent amount of experience and a lot of skill players,” Moore said. “Now we’re trying to replace all those skill players.”

The team has a little time before they need to figure out who to get the ball too, but they do scrimmage Chester County, Friday May 13th. After that they will scrimmage against West Carroll May 17.
