Lazard Castrol, 29, was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with indecent exposure, according to a report from the Henderson Police Department.

Police stopped a blue van matching witnesses’ descriptions around 2 p.m. Monday on Main Street.

Officers identified the driver as Castrol, and three witnesses identified Castrol as the man who had exposed himself, according to the report.

Police responded Friday to a report of a man in a blue van asking a woman for directions on the FHU campus. The woman told police that after asking for directions, the man invited her into the van. She then saw that he wasn’t wearing pants and appeared to be fondling himself, according to the report.

Later Friday, a carhop at Sonic Drive-In told police a man in a blue van wasn’t wearing pants when the employee delivered his order.

Castrol admitted to talking to two women at FHU and asking for directions, according to police.

Castrol told police he had his pants down because he had a rash, according to the report.
