CHESTER COUNTY, Tenn — Dyersburg’s Austin Purvis got things going, when he laid down a bunt attempt that was dropped by Malcolm Tipler, then he would toss it to pitcher Cody Compton on third and he would drop it allowing one run to score. The next batter, took a fast ball straight to the head with the bases loaded allowing another run scored.
Eagles would get their revenge, Brian Napoli would hit hit a line drive to center to bring in one runner to cut the deficit to one. Harrison Taylor would put the eagles ahead with 2 RBI double, giving the Eagles a 3-2 lead.
They went on to win this one with a final of, 3-2.
