Weather Update: 12:30 PM Monday

Currently it’s mild and cloudy across all of West Tennessee and the region. Temps are still in the mid 50s and it will be a slow warm up into the mid 60s this afternoon. As of right now, we are starting to see some light rain and the chance for an isolated shower remains in the forecast throughout the day today.

This afternoon, high temps are expecting to warm back into the 60s so it’ll still be another cool day especially with the overcast skies. Skies remain cloudy all day today and the chance for isolated showers lingers into Tuesday.

Tuesday will be the best chance for rain across the area with a low risk for a strong storm to develop. As a cold front drops back through the area we could see a little bit more widespread rain activity behind the front. Scattered showers linger into Wednesday morning before we get a break in the rain for the middle of the week.

Temps slowly start to climb near seasonal by the end of the week and into the weekend.
