Bemis Heritage Days kicks-off, celebrating community’s history

JACKSON, Tenn.-Hundreds of past and present residents of a century-old West Tennessee community gathered for a night of music and fun at the Historic Bemis Mill Village Museum.

This weekend marks the 17th time the community has come together for its “Heritage Days”. The two-day event comes in the midst of the deconstruction of the town’s icon, the Bemis Mill, where a park will soon be built.

The festivities will run through Saturday afternoon, with music and food.
