4 Weakley Co. residents arrested, charged with drug possession
WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn. — Searches executed by Weakley County deputies have led to the arrests of four men who have now been charged with drug possession.
On May 16, a Weakley County Sheriff’s Deputy executed a search on 52-year-old Myron Miller’s car during a traffic stop, according officials. The stop was performed because Miller’s license had been revoked. During the search, the deputy found two bags of methamphetamine along with pipes, a needle and digital scales, according to a release.
Miller was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked license, according to the release.
The Weakley County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the Martin home of 25-year-old Blake Stockdale on May 18 and found about a quarter pound of marijuana packed in several plastic bags, according to the release.
Along with the drugs, officers reportedly recovered a camera and monitor used to watch the driveway and a pistol with a loaded magazine found next to the monitor.
Stockdale admitted to deputies to selling marijuana, according to police.
The release states Stockdale was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Also on May 18, officials say deputies from the Weakley County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the home of 34-year-old Jonathan Floyd in Greenfield. Officials found nine grams of methamphetamine, according to the release. They also recovered digital scales, other drug paraphernalia and 75 firearms.
Floyd was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and use of a firearm during a felony, according to the release.
Officials say 34-year-old James Bruce of Greenfield was in the residence during the time the search warrant was being executed and was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.
