JFD respond to fire inside duplex
JACKSON, Tenn.–Firefighters responded to a small kitchen fire inside a duplex on Westmoreland Place Sunday night.
When crews arrived, smoke could be seen coming from inside the home.
Firefighters told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News the fire started inside the kitchen when a woman, at home with her children walked away from a pot on the stove.
No one was injured in the fire.
