McNairy Co. Sheriff’s Office: Selmer man arrested, charged with rape of child
SELMER, Tenn. — A Corrections Corporation of America correctional officer has been arrested and charged with rape of a child, among other charges, according to authorities.
Officers with the McNairy County Sheriff’s Office have charged 31-year-old Selmer resident James Fitzgerald with rape of a child, aggravated child abuse, incest and sexual exploitation of a minor, according to a police report.
