Former Henry Co. Medical Center employee charged with stealing $43K from hospital

HENRY COUNTY, Tenn. — A former employee at the Henry County Medical Center in Paris has been charged with stealing thousands of dollars from the hospital.

Police have charged 46-year-old Tammy Ditto of Springville with theft. Officers say she stole around $43,600 over a two-year period while working in the business office.

Investigators say the deficit was discovered during an audit. Officials say no patients were impacted.

Ditto is currently free on a $50,000 bond.
