Nashville Zoo to host wine tasting fundraiser
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – The Nashville Zoo is hosting its second annual wine-tasting fundraiser, Red, White & Zoo.
The event allows visitors to support the zoo and experience exotic habitats while enjoying wines from around the world.
Visitors can wander zoo trials and taste unlimited supplies of wine. Some exhibits will be open until sundown with zookeepers available to answer questions.
The event will also feature food pairings with select wines, live music, animal encounters and food available for purchase.
Red, White & Zoo will be held from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on July 8. Tickets can be purchased online, including reduced-priced admission for designated drivers. Guests under 21 are not allowed.
