Wal-Mart gains licenses to sell wine in stores across Tennessee

BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Wal-Mart received 120 licenses Thursday to sell wine in their stores across Tennessee starting July 1.

pic-walmartlogo.jpgThis will allow Wal-Mart to sell wine at 104 Wal-Mart locations and 16 Sam’s Clubs throughout the state, according to a release from the company.

Coming soon in select Tennessee markets, customers will also be able to purchase wine with their groceries and have it delivered to their car through the Walmart Grocery Pickup service, according to the release.
