Weather Update – 10:30 p.m. Friday

Skies will remain mostly clear overnight with light northeast winds as temperatures drop to the upper 60s and lower 70s by sunrise at 5:40 a.m. Saturday morning. Dew points are starting to drop back into the 60s signaling a drop in humidity that will continue into early next week. Sunny skies and dry conditions are in store for the Mid-South this weekend – perfect for Father’s Day!

THIS WEEKEND
Skies will be mostly sunny Saturday and Sunday with temperatures warming up to the upper 80s and lower 90s – just barely above average for this time of year. Conditions will still be muggy on Saturday but we’ll have less humidity on Sunday.

NEXT WEEK
Another cold front will be dropping into the region on Tuesday and Wednesday returning a chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will be cooler next week than they have been this week. Stay with the VIPIR 7 Storm Team for the very latest updates to this forecast!

Have a wonderful weekend!
