Jackson man appears in court on more theft charges
JACKSON, Tenn. — Accused of stealing from another Jackson business, Andrew Kim was officially charged Monday in city court.
Police say surveillance video shows Kim picking out several items from Dick’s Sporting Goods on Thursday, then taking them to the register, saying he wanted to return them.
Kim then reportedly used that money to buy a shirt and Yeti cooler, merchandise valued at over $300.
Kim is charged with felony theft and burglary. He remains in custody on a $50,000 bond.
At the time of this alleged crime, Kim was free on bond for similar charges in Jackson and Memphis.
