Madison Co. deputy resigns after DUI guilty plea
MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — A Madison County deputy has resigned after pleading guilty to a DUI charge.
In early April, Kristie Foster was stopped by a state trooper. According to booking documents, she was weaving and following too closely.
Foster has to serve four days in jail, with the first 48 hours set to start on July 15.
In addition, Foster’s license has been suspended for a year and she must attend DUI school.
