Tennessee man charged in accident that killed motorcyclist
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – Clarksville police say a Waverly man has been charged in an accident that killed a motorcyclist.
Twenty-four-year-old Joseph Karnes was charged Saturday with vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident and an insurance violation.
The accident occurred around 5:10 a.m. Saturday. Media outlets report police identified the motorcyclist as 29-year-old Jeremy Halstead of Clarksville.
Karnes was being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.
