Local NAACP chapter hosts job fair in Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Jackson-Madison County Branch of the NAACP held a job fair Thursday in east Jackson.

A career coach from the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development was there to help job seekers create resumes and connect face-to-face with local businesses seeking employees.

They also helped people register with www.jobs4tn.gov where nearly 200,000 jobs are available.
