Voters attend program to learn about candidates in upcoming election
JACKSON, Tenn.-A chance for voters in Madison County to learn about the people who want their votes.
Thursday night, various political groups including the Madison County Democratic Party held a voter awareness education program at the historic First Baptist Church in downtown Jackson.
Joining the dozens of community members were a handful of candidates. Early voting begins Friday and runs through July 30.
