6th annual Toast of Jackson raises money for Carl Perkins Center
JACKSON, Tenn — Residents in the Hub City had a chance to get a sample of what their city has to offer all in one place Saturday afternoon.
“Toast of Jackson” at the Jackson Fairgrounds Park gave local and regional wineries a chance to showcase their selection.
Of course there was plenty of food available as well as seminars on wine and food pairings.
“It brings everyone in Jackson together,” event chairperson, Shelby Kee told WBBJ. “It gives us a great event on a Saturday to come and enjoy being a part of this community.”
The event helps raise funds for the Exchange Club of Jackson and Exchange Club-Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.
