Final community prayer service of the summer brings out dozens
JACKSON, Tenn.-Dozens of West Tennesseans gathered in north Jackson, Wednesday night for their last community prayer service of the summer.
The Campbell Street Church of Christ gathered at Pope Elementary School to finish a series of weekly meetings that began when school ended for the summer. Those who attended enjoyed a night of food and fellowship.
To mark the start of the new school year next Wednesday, the church will host a special prayer meeting at the soccer fields across from their church, on Campbell Street.
