Hearing reset for Madison Co. investigator facing sex charges
HUMBOLDT, Tenn. — An investigator for the Madison County public defender’s office appeared Wednesday afternoon in court on numerous sex charges.
Johnny Woolfork appeared in Humboldt General Sessions Court on charges of aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery, and unlawful sexual contact.
Woolfork’s hearing was reset by Judge Mark Agee.
According to Medina police, the alleged victims are 10- and 14-year-old females.
None of the victims appeared in court Wednesday.
His next court appearance is set for Aug. 31.
