Woman indicted for third time, accused of TennCare fraud
BENTON COUNTY, Tenn.-A Benton County woman was arrested in middle Tennessee, Friday, indicted on a third charge of TennCare fraud.
Aleisha Wagner, 31, is charged with using her TennCare benefits to doctor shop for prescription drugs in Montgomery County.
Also according to the Office of Inspector General, Wagner was indicted last month and in October of last year in Henry County on similar counts.
