JACKSON, Tenn. — Superheroes from all universes collide together in downtown Jackson Saturday to kick off an action packed weekend.

This year the comic con event features guests from Captain America-Civil war and Adam Shaw from image comics.

On Sunday, which is also family day the event will run from noon to 6 p.m. at the Carl Perkins Civic Center.

A kids costume contest and giveaways are planned as part of the Sunday events.
