Gibson Co. woman charged after baby tests positive for meth

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — A woman is jailed after officers say her 1-year-old son tested positive for meth.

Investigators with the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office have arrested and charged Ronda Johnson with attempted child endangerment, abuse, and neglect after the Department of Children’s Services tested her baby and the result came back positive.

Johnson is jailed in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

She is set to return to court on Aug. 31.
