Weather Update- 9:30AM

The showers are pushing their way out of West TN for right now, but some areas are still seeing those heavier showers.

This cold front will have these thunderstorms and showers redevelop as the day goes on and they begin to head east of us. We could see some stray, scattered showers overnight and going into Sunday daytime hours, but eventually it will bring drier conditions later in the day tomorrow. Temperatures for tomorrow aren’t going to cool off much, as a matter of fact it will slightly warmer tomorrow, even though this is a “cold front”. Temps for the most part will stay in the upper 80s tomorrow and the rest of this week.

We will see the rain chance return by the end of the week, somewhat of a repeat from what we are seeing today, but that could very well change either for the better or not, as the week goes on. Temperatures will only reach 90° one day this week, but real feel temperatures will more than likely have us feeling anywhere in the upper 80s and low 90s all week long.

The month of September sure doesn’t want to give up summer! Hopefully we will see some relief soon. Stay with the VIPIR 7 Storm Team for your latest forecast!

Everyone have a great weekend!
