1 injured in early morning armed robbery at convenience store

JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson police investigate a convenience store robbery at the corner of Hollywood Drive and Old Hickory Boulevard.

Investigators say two men wearing masks came into the store around 1 a.m. Thursday and got away with cash.

Officers say at least one of them was armed with a long gun.

They don’t have any other description at this time.

Police say one person was hit with the gun and injured, but they did not have any information on the person’s condition.
