Hope at the Amp takes Sunday worship into the great outdoors

JACKSON, Tenn.–Lambuth United Methodist church took their Sunday service to the Amp in downtown Jackson..

Organizers say they started discussing how they could do an outreach event for the city. Church members posted 175 signs throughout the area and invited anyone to join them in worship.

The service included guest speakers and musical selections.

Organizers said the main focus is to encourage those who may be losing hope and facing challenges.
