Search of Weakley Co. home nets 2 meth arrests
WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn. — A search of a home near Dresden lands two women in jail on meth charges.
Amanda Jennings, 34, and Megan West, 24, both were arrested after the search at the home Monday morning in the 100 block of Kester Road south of Dresden, according to a release from the Weakley County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies reported finding five and a half grams of meth packaged for resale along with digital scales, plastic bags and phone text messages about selling drugs, according to the release.
Both women are charged with possession of meth with intent to resale, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
