Grant awarded to Chester Co. Jail to help inmates become better parents once released
HENDERSON, Tenn.- A $38,000 grant will provide help to a jail program at the Chester County Jail.
Southwest Human Resource Agency was awarded the money, Tuesday by Delta Regional Authority, helping with the “Inside Out Dad – Responsible Mom” program, designed to help inmates learn more about parenting skills once they are released.
That program was designed by both the National Fatherhood Initiative and the American Corrections Association.
