Police seek to ID man in wallet theft at gas station

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police are asking the public to help identify a man they say stole a wallet this weekend at a gas station.

Wallet theft persons of interestVideo shows a man take the wallet off the counter around 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Citgo gas station at 412 Airways Boulevard, according to a release from the Jackson Police Department.

The man then put the wallet in his pocket and left the store. Police say the man was seen entering the store with a woman.
