Police search for suspect in late afternoon stabbing in north Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — Police are searching for a man who stabbed another man late Friday afternoon in north Jackson and then fled the scene.

Officers told WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News the victim was stabbed in the chest around 5:30 p.m. at Rolling Acres Mobile Home Park just off North Highland Avenue.

They say he is expected to fully recover.

Police believe the victim and a woman were arguing when another man stabbed the man and ran.
