Week 11 top five plays
JACKSON, Tenn — The top five plays from the final week of the regular season are as followed:
#5: Bolivar’s John Beard blocks the punt and his teammate Jarion Lewis catches the ball and goes in for the score. The Tigers went on to win 51-0 over MLK Prep.
#4: Milan’s J.P. Porter takes the hand off and breaks multiple tackles to go in and score. Milan would defeat South Gibson 56-19.
#3: Dresden’s Jordan Mitchell disrupt’s the reverse causing a fumble and Dylan Yates scoops it up and goes in for the score. Dresden wins and captures it’s first undefeated season since 1970.
#2: Dresden’s Quincy McDonald rolls left, throws it up to Austin Thomas who mosses a defender for a Lion first down. They beat Greenfield, 53-14.
#1: Adamsville’s Dylan Lott drops back and delivers a dime to Brodie Austin who manages to get one foot in for the score. The Cardinals cap off a perfect season and win 48-7 over Gibson County.
