Bolivar takes home team of the week honors
BOLIVAR, Tenn — The Bolivar Central Tigers defeated MLK Prep 51-0 and that earned them the team of the week honors in the final week of the regular season. Woodrow Lowe Jr. said he is happy with what his team has done thus far but their just getting started. This Friday the Tigers will take on the Milan Bulldogs who sent them home in last years playoffs. Something the players are well aware of.
“We got a opportunity to try and make that right,” Lowe Jr. said. “You know we felt like we had an opportunity to win it last year, we didn’t. Better team won but we got a chance to try and do it again.”
The game will kick off at 7 p.m.
