Second suspect charged in Jackson golf course arson case
JACKSON, Tenn. — A man accused of setting a fire at golf course in Jackson faced a judge Tuesday.
Aiden Magus Mitchem appeared in Jackson City Court on arson, criminal trespass, and vandalism charges.
According to court documents, Mitchem and two others are accused of setting a fire at Bent Tree Golf Course in Aug. 2015. Investigators said the fire caused more than $250,000 worth of damage.
Mitchem is being held at the Madison County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.
