Man accused of stealing iPhone delivery from front porch

JACKSON, Tenn. — A man is facing a theft charge on accusations of stealing an iPhone from someone’s front porch.

Police say Adarius Murphy stole an iPhone 7 from the victim’s front porch. A neighbor reported seeing him walking near the home and then found an empty  box the phone came in along with an invoice for more than $900.

Investigators dusted the box for fingerprints.

Murphy is set to return to court later this month.
