Grand jury to hear case against Black & Decker shooting suspect

JACKSON, Tenn. — A man accused of opening fire this summer outside the Stanley Black & Decker plant in north Jackson appeared Thursday before a judge.

david-allison-courtDavid Lee Allison appeared briefly in Jackson City Court to waive his right to a preliminary hearing.

The case will go before the grand jury.

Allison faces 15 counts including attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault and employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
