Woman charged with stabbing man during fight

JACKSON, Tenn. — A woman is facing an aggravated assault charge after she reportedly stabbed her boyfriend during a fight.

According to court documents, Libby Wood stabbed the man in the hand Thursday night during an altercation at a Camelot Cove residence.

Police say the man suffered a cut on his hand.

Wood was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault.

She is currently free on $5,000 bond. She is scheduled to return to court at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 9.
