Jackson police seek man in armed robbery of title loan business
JACKSON, Tenn. — Police are working to identify a man they say robbed a local title loan business Monday morning at gunpoint.
The man was armed with a handgun and robbed Tennessee Title Loans, located at 301 South Highland Avenue, around 10 a.m. Monday, according to a release from the Jackson Police Department.
Police describe the suspect as a black man standing about five feet 11 inches tall with a light to medium complexion and a close beard.
Investigators say the man appears to have been driving a white pickup truck that was parked behind a nearby church.
They say he was wearing a red ball cap, medium or royal blue hoodie over a light blue shirt, faded jeans and black boots.
